We are witnessing the fragmentation of a mono culture. In the 20th century, information was primarily delivered through a few centralized sources like television and newspapers. However, in the 21st century, the internet has created an almost limitless flow of information. These changes have already had, and will continue to have, a deep impact on our societies. Our goal is to closely examine this impact by providing resources and funding to researchers.
